Declaration That Land is a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator for the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the North Shore City Council on the 26th day of June 1990.

“That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the North Shore City Council hereby resolves that the pieces of land vested in the said city, held by the city in fee-simple and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same are hereby declared to be reserves for recreation purposes within the meaning of the said Act.”
