Reserves Act 1977

Authorisation of the Exchange of a Reserve for Other Land

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator for the Auckland Conservancy, Department of Conservation hereby authorises the exchange of the reserve described in the First Schedule hereto, for the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.

First Schedule

North Auckland Land District—North Shore City

404 square metres, more or less, being part Lot 1, D.P. 57189. Shown marked “A” on S.O. Plan 65528. Part certificate of title 1666/7.

Second Schedule

North Auckland Land District—North Shore City

660 square metres, more or less, being legal road adjoining Lot 1, D.P. 57189. Shown marked “D” on S.O. Plan 65528.

Authorisation of the Exchange of Part of a Reserve for Other Land

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Department of Conservation, Wellington Conservancy, hereby authorises the exchange of that part of the Paraparaumu Scenic Reserve described in the First Schedule hereto, for the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall Be Utilised

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Wellington Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for and in connection with a cemetery over the land described in the Schedule hereto, and further declares that the said land may be disposed of by The Lower Hutt City Council at current market value. The proceeds from any such sale to be paid into Council’s Reserve Account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the Council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.

Wellington Land District—Upper Hutt City

25.9389 hectares, more or less, being Lot 1, D.P. 10351 and part Section 148, Hutt District, situated in Block II, Rimutaka Survey District. All certificates of title 432/21 and 565/130.

Classification of Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Department of Conservation, Wellington Conservancy, hereby classifies the reserve described in the Schedule hereto as a scenic reserve, for the purposes specified in section 19(1)(a) of the Reserves Act 1977, subject to the provisions of the said Act.
