Mental Health Act 1969

Declaration of Psychiatric Hospital at Wakari Hospital Dunedin

Pursuant to section 6 of the Mental Health Act 1969, the Minister of Health, declares the land and buildings described in the Schedule hereto to be a psychiatric hospital for the purposes of the Mental Health Act.

Schedule

Ward 7, situated at Wakari Hospital, being certificate of title 266151, Lots 6 and 7, Wakari Survey District.

In the notice issued on the 6th day of October 1987 and published in the New Zealand Gazette on the 15th day of October 1987, No. 178, page 4721, amend the description of the land in the Second Schedule from:

Pursuant to section 21 of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989, the General Manager, Iwi Transition Agency hereby gives notice as follows:

Notice

This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Whangarei 1991, No. 31.
The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby revoked by omitting all reference to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.
The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from Part II of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989.

This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Whangarei 1991, No. 32.
The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby revoked by omitting all reference to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.
The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from Part II of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989.
