(2) The authorisation is subject to the condition that Banque Indosuez:

(a) is an affiliate member of the Exchange as that term is defined in the Articles of Association of the Exchange; and

(b) complies with the Articles of Association and by-laws of the Exchange.

(c) The authorisation granted by subclause (1) of this clause shall continue in force until it is revoked by the Securities Commission.

Crown Land Set Apart and Defined as a Quarantine Ground

Pursuant to section 11 (1) of the Animals Act 1967, the Chief Veterinary Officer, Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries, acting pursuant to a delegation from the Director-General of Agriculture and Fisheries, hereby sets apart and defines Crown land owned by the Department of Scientific and Industrial Research, as specified in the attached Schedule, as a Quarantine Ground for the detention of imported animals or of one or more kinds of imported animals.

Reserves Act 1977

Declaration That Private Land Shall be Protected Private Land

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Acting Regional Conservator of the Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby declares that the private land described in the Schedule hereto, shall be protected private land for historic purposes, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Pursuant to section 6 (3) of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Wellington Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby amends an error in the notice dated 1 March 1990 entitled Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 15 March 1990, No. 39, page 829 by amending the reference in the Schedule to All Gazette notice 792825 to read All Gazette 060270.1.
