Maori Land Development Notice

Pursuant to section 21 of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989, the General Manager, Iwi Transition Agency hereby gives notice as follows:

Notice

1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Rotorua 1991, No. 11.

2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby revoked for omitting all reference to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.

3. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from Part II of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989.

Order cancelling 2 titles and substituting 1 title dated 12 August 1969 and being all the land comprised and described in amalgamation order dated 11 December 1980.

Local Government Act 1974

Transfer of Unformed Legal Road in the District of Buller

Pursuant to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Nelson, hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto, has been transferred to the Crown by the Buller District Council, pursuant to the said section 323, and on the publication of this notice the said land shall be deemed to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

Public Works Act 1981

Road Realignment in Otorohanga District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Otorohanga District Council,

(b) Pursuant to section 116, declares the pieces of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped,

(c) Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described in the Third Schedule hereto to be taken,

(d) Pursuant to sections 117 and 119 declares that:

(i) The area of stopped road secondly described in the Second Schedule hereto and the area of land taken firstly described in the Third Schedule hereto, now known together as Section 71, S.O. 47024, and the area of stopped road firstly described in the Second Schedule hereto, now known as Section 91, Block VIII, Wharepapapa Survey District, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 1033, folio 91, subject to memorandum of mortgage H. 371605.8 and H. 760508.7, South Auckland Land Registry.

(ii) The area of stopped road thirdly described in the Second Schedule hereto and the area of land taken secondly described in the Third Schedule hereto, now known together as Section 2, S.O. 47024, and the area of stopped road fourthly described in the Second Schedule hereto and the area of land taken thirdly described in the Third Schedule hereto, now known together as Section 3, S.O. 47024, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 33D/366, subject to memorandum of mortgage H. 760508.7, South Auckland Land Registry.

(iii) The area of stopped road fifthly described in the Second Schedule hereto and the area of land taken fourthly described in the Third Schedule hereto, now known together as Section 1, S.O. 46768, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 42D/679, subject to memorandum of mortgage H. 178594.2, South Auckland Land Registry.
