New Zealand Horticulture Export Authority
New Zealand Horticulture Export Authority Act 1987
Approved Export Marketing Strategy and Export Licence Requirements for Tamarillos
Pursuant to section 30 of the New Zealand Horticulture Export Authority Act 1987, the Authority hereby gives notice with respect to the following prescribed product:
Tamarillos (Cyphomandra betacea).
That —
(a) On the 18th day of April 1991, the Authority approved the export marketing strategy with respect to this prescribed product, pursuant to section 28 of the said Act; and
(b) pursuant to section 29 of the said Act, the Authority has fixed the 1st day of May 1991, as the date this export marketing strategy shall come into force; and
(c) from the 1st day of May 1991, any person who wishes to export tamarillos will be required to hold an export licence issued under the said Act; and
(d) applications for an export licence should be made to the New Zealand Horticulture Export Authority, P.O. Box 1417, Wellington, on the form provided by the Authority, on or before the 30th day of April 1991.

The Electoral Main Rolls Closing Notice 1991
Pursuant to section 61 (2) (b) of the Electoral Act 1956, the Chief Registrar of Electors hereby gives the following notice:
N o t i c e
- Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Electoral Main Rolls Closing Notice 1991.
(2) This notice shall come into force on the day after the date of its publication in the Gazette.
- Date for closing of main rolls—The main rolls for every General electoral district and for every Maori electoral district shall close on the 14th day of June 1991.

Explanatory Note
This note is not part of the notice, but is intended to indicate its general effect.
This notice closes, as at 14 June 1991, the main rolls for all electoral districts and enables the main rolls to be printed and published as at that date.
The rolls will reflect the response to the Maori Option exercise conducted during the period of 2 months beginning on 8 April 1991 and ending with the close of 7 June 1991. The rolls will include, in addition, the names of the persons who have become registered as electors since that exercise and not later than 14 June 1991.
The rolls will be available to the public for checking.
The Electoral Act 1956 requires that this printing of the rolls be done at least once in each year.

The Authorised Life Insurance Companies Notice (No. 4) 1991
Pursuant to the Securities Act 1978, the Securities Commission gives the following notice:
N o t i c e
- Title and commencement and expiry—(1) This notice may be cited as the Authorised Life Insurance Companies Notice (No. 4) 1991.
(2) This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of May 1991.
(3) This notice shall expire with the close of the 31st day of May 1991.
- Interpretation—(1) In this notice “the Act” means the Securities Act 1978.
(2) Any term or expression in this notice which is not defined in this notice, but which is defined in the Act, shall have the meaning given to it in the Act.
- Authorised Life Insurance Company—AA Life Assurance Limited is hereby declared to be an authorised life insurance company for the purposes of the Act in respect of all life insurance policies issued by that company.

Pursuant to the Securities Amendment Act 1988, the Securities Commission gives the following notice:

- Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Authorised Futures Dealers Notice 1991.
(2) This notice shall come into force on the day after publication in the Gazette.
- Interpretation—(1) In this notice, unless the context otherwise requires,
“the Act” means the Securities Amendment Act 1988;
“the Exchange” means New Zealand Futures and Options Exchange Limited.
(2) Any term or expression which is not defined in this notice, but which is defined in the Act, shall have the meaning given to it by the Act.
- Person authorised to carry on business of dealing in futures contracts—(1) Banque Indosuez is hereby authorised to carry on the business of dealing in futures contracts.
