Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired in connection with a road, and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.

Declaring Land Acquired for a Sewerage Pumping Station and a Right of Way Over Land Acquired in the City of Dunedin

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981 and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager (Lands and Property), Department of Survey and Land Information, Dunedin declares that an agreement to that effect having been entered into the land described in the First Schedule is hereby acquired for a sewerage pumping station and the easement described in the Second Schedule hereto to be held appurtenant to the land described in the Third Schedule hereto over the land described in the First Schedule and shall vest in the Dunedin City Council on the 18th day of April 1991.
