In order to construct, maintain, repair or replace such items connected with a Sewerage Pumping Station, the full free and unrestricted right for the agents and workers of the Dunedin City Council to pass over the said land with or without the necessary vehicles, implements, tools and materials for the purpose aforesaid.

Amending a Notice Declaring Land to be Road, Road Stopped and Land Taken in Otorohanga District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton hereby amends the notice dated the 23rd day of June 1987, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 2 July 1987, No. 101, page 3035, declaring land to be road, road stopped and land taken in Otorohanga District by deleting from paragraph (d) (ii) “subject to memoranda of mortgage H.278503.1, H.565129.3 and H.565129.4 and Memorandum of Priority H.565129.5”, and further by deleting from paragraph (d) (iii) “subject to statutory land charge H. 458173”.

Amending a Notice Stopping Road in Waitomo District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton hereby amends the notice dated the 25th day of January 1991, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 31 January 1991, No. 17, at page 343, stopping road in Waitomo District by deleting all reference to memoranda of mortgage H. 063865.1 and H. 229233 from paragraph (b).

Land in Waipa District Acquired for a Recreation Reserve

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired, subject to the right to convey water and electricity easements in gross created by memorandum of transfer H. 838298.6, South Auckland Land Registry, for a recreation reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977, and shall vest in The Waipa District Council on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.

Amending a Notice Realigning Road in Rotorua District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, hereby amends the notice dated the 1st day of November 1990 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 8 November 1990, No. 195 at page 4266, realigning road in Rotorua District by:

(i) Deleting “memorandum” from paragraph (c) (iv) and substituting “memoranda”.

(ii) Inserting “and H. 994982.2” after “H. 701505” in paragraph (c) (iv).

(iii) Deleting “S.O. Plan 46365” from the Second Schedule and substituting “S.O. Plan 49365”.

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton hereby revokes the declaration dated the 31st day of August 1989, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 7 September 1989, No. 156, at page 4137, acquiring land in Otorohanga District in connection with stream diversion.

Road Stopped and Vested and Land Acquired for Road in the District of Marlborough

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Nelson:

(a) Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 117 (3), declares the portion of road described in the First Schedule hereto to be stopped and vested in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 and 120 (3), declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 4B/1291, subject to memoranda of mortgage No. 98934.2, 98934.4 and land improvement agreement 106136.
