Conservation Act 1987

Declaring Land to be Held for Conservation Purposes Together With a Declaration That the Area Become a Scenic Reserve

Pursuant to section 7 (1) of the Conservation Act 1987, the Minister of Conservation and the Minister of Lands, being the Minister responsible for the Department of State that has control of the land described in the Schedule hereto, jointly declare that the land is held for conservation purposes and pursuant to section 8 (1A) of the Act, the Minister further declares that the conservation area shall hereafter be set apart as a reserve subject to the Reserves Act 1977 and classified as a scenic reserve subject to the provisions of section 19 (1A) of the latter Act.

Reserves Act 1977

Classification and Naming of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Otago, hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as a scenic reserve, for the purposes specified in section 19 (1) (a) of the Reserves Act 1977, and further declares that the said reserve shall hereafter be known as the Boundary Creek Scenic Reserve.

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby classifies the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, as a scenic reserve subject to the provisions of section 19 (1) (a) of the said Act, and further, declares that the said reserve shall hereafter be known as the Okura Bush Scenic Reserve.

Revocation of the Reservation over a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977 and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation as a Local Purpose (site for a playcentre) reserve over the land, described in the Schedule hereto.
