Road Stopped and Acquired for Buildings of the General Government in the City of Wellington

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wanganui, declares:

(i) Pursuant to section 116, the road described in the Schedule hereto to be stopped and

(ii) Pursuant to section 20 (1) that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the said road when stopped is hereby acquired for buildings of the general government and vested in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.
