Declaring Railway Land on the Kingston Branch Railway Not Now Required for That Purpose to be Declared Crown Land

Pursuant to sections 24 and 30 of the New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981, section 42 of the Public Works Act 1981, and section 27 of the New Zealand Railways Corporation Restructuring Act 1990, the Chief Executive of the New Zealand Railways Corporation, with the prior written consent of the Minister of Railways, hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be declared Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948.

Public Works Act 1981

Declaring Stopped Road to be Vested in the District of Buller

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Nelson:

(a) Pursuant to sections 117 and 120 (3), declares that the portions of stopped road described in the First Schedule hereto, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 2C/19.
