Vocational Training Act 1982

Hotel and Catering Industry Training Board—Disestablishment Notice 1990

Pursuant to section 34 (4) of the Vocational Training Act 1982, the Minister of Education hereby gives the following notice—

Notice

  1. This notice may be cited as the Hotel and Catering Industry Training Board Disestablishment Notice 1990.

  2. This notice shall come into force on the 31st day of March 1990.

  3. The Hotel and Catering Industry Training Board established by the Hotel and Catering Industry Training Board Notice 1974* (as amended by the Hotel and Catering Industry Training Board Notices 1979† and 1982‡) is hereby disestablished.

  4. The Hotel and Catering Industry Training Board Notice 1974* (as amended by the Hotel and Catering Industry Training Board Notices 1979† and 1982‡) is hereby revoked.

Aviation and Travel Industry Training Board Notice 1990—Amendment No. 3

Pursuant to section 34 of the Vocational Training Act 1982, the Minister of Education hereby gives the following notice.

Notice

  1. (1) This notice shall be cited as the Aviation and Travel Industry Board Notice 1980, Amendment No. 3, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Aviation and Travel Industry Notice 1980* (herein after referred to as the principal notice).

(2) This notice shall come into force on the 28th day after the date of its publication in the Gazette.

  1. Clause 2 (1) of the principal notice is hereby amended by—

(a) Revoking paragraph (c) thereof and substituting the following paragraph:

"(c) One member appointed by the New Zealand Institute of Travel and Tourism Incorporated".

(b) Revoking paragraph (d) thereof and substituting the following paragraph:

"(d) One member appointed by the Chief Executive of Ansett New Zealand".

(c) Revoking paragraph (f) thereof.

(d) Revoking paragraph (g) thereof and substituting the following paragraph:

"(g) One representative of other international carriers."

(e) Revoking paragraph (h) thereof and substituting the following paragraph:

"(h) One representative appointed by the New Zealand Council of Trade Unions".

  1. Clause 2 (2) of the principal notice is hereby amended by revoking the expression "three" and substituting the expression "five".

New Zealand Journalists Training Board—Amendment to Constitution

Pursuant to section 15A of the Vocational Training Act 1982, the Minister of Education hereby declares that the New Zealand Journalists Training Board Notice 1974* (as amended by the New Zealand Journalists Training Board—Amendment to Constitution 1977†) is amended as follows:

(i) by omitting paragraph (a) of clause 2 and adding the following paragraph:

"(a) Two members appointed by the New Zealand section of the Commonwealth Press Union."

(ii) by omitting paragraph (b) of clause 2 and adding the following paragraph:

"(b) One member appointed by the New Zealand Community Newspapers Association."

(iii) by omitting paragraph (c) of clause 2 and adding the following paragraph:

"(c) One member appointed by New Zealand television employers."

(iv) by omitting paragraph (d) of clause 2 and adding the following paragraph:

"(d) One member appointed by New Zealand radio employers."

(v) by omitting paragraph (e) of clause 2 and adding the following paragraph:

"(e) One member appointed by the New Zealand Journalists and Graphic Process Union."

(vi) by adding paragraph (f) to clause 2:

"(f) One member appointed by the Public Service Association Broadcasting representatives."

Pursuant to section 20 of the Medicines Act 1981, the Minister of Health hereby consents to the distribution in New Zealand of the new medicine set out in the Schedule hereto:
