Education Act 1989

Dissolution of Board of Trustees

Pursuant to section 107 (1) of the Education Act 1989, I am satisfied that the College Street School Board of Trustees should not continue in existence by reason of disharmony and I hereby dissolve the College Street School Board of Trustees and direct the Secretary of Education to appoint a Commissioner to act in its place.
