Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955

ANZ Banking Group (New Zealand) Ltd., hereby gives notice that on the 27th day of March 1991, it appointed Ross Edwin Pettitt and Stephen James Higgs, chartered accountants, whose office is at 139 Moray Place, Dunedin, to be jointly and severally, receivers and managers of the property of the above-named company under the powers contained in a mortgage debenture dated the 16th day of February 1984, which property consists of all the undertaking, goodwill and assets relating to the operation of the business carried on by the said Atlas Furniture Ltd., including its uncalled and unpaid capital.

Further particulars can be obtained from the receivers and managers, whose address is care of Price Waterhouse, 139 Moray Place, Dunedin.

(“the company”), hereby gives notice that on the 3rd day of April 1991, the debentureholders appointed Richard Seward Gibbons, whose office is at Totara Creek, R.D.3, Kaukapakapa, as receiver and manager of the property of this company under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 15th day of August 1978.

The receiver and manager has been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatesoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
