Westpac Banking Corporation hereby give notice that on the 4th day of April 1991, it appointed Alan Raymond Isaac and John Stewart Drage, chartered accountants, whose office is care of KPMG Peat Marwick, 135 Victoria Street, Wellington

(P.O. Box 996), as receivers and managers of all the assets of the above-named company under the power contained in an instrument dated the 8th day of May 1989, being a debenture from Via Strata Ltd. to Westpac Banking Corporation.
