(under statutory management), a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Wellington, with reference to Bealey Holiday Apartments Ltd., hereby gives notice that on the 28th day of March 1991, it appointed James Bruce McAlister of Christchurch, chartered accountant, whose office is at the firm of Deloitte Ross Tohmatsu, 32 Oxford Terrace, to be receiver and manager of all the undertaking, property and assets of this company charged by a certain debenture dated the 18th day of November 1988 and given by this company to DFC New Zealand Ltd.
