Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

ASB Bank Ltd. ("the debenture holder"), hereby gives notice that on the 22nd day of March 1991, it appointed John Rofe of Auckland, insolvency practitioner and Wayne Derek Anderson of Auckland, chartered accountant, jointly and severally to be receivers and managers of all the undertaking, property and assets charged by the debenture dated 18 October 1988, given by IRDOSS Computer Systems Ltd. in favour of the debenture holder. Such appointment having been made at the request of the directors of IRDOSS Computer Systems Ltd.

The situation of the office of the receivers and managers is care of Arthur Andersen, Level 6, Tower 2, Shortland Centre, Shortland Street, Auckland.

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of C.C. & L.A. Hawes Motels Ltd., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Auckland.

National Mutual Finance Ltd., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Wellington, hereby gives notice that on the 28th day of March 1991, it appointed Russell Stuart Hay and Rodney Gane Pardington, both of Auckland, chartered accountants, whose offices are at the offices of Deloitte Ross Tohmatsu, Chartered Accountants, Thirteenth Floor, Tower 2, Shortland Centre, 65 Shortland Street, Auckland, jointly and severally as receivers of all the property and assets including unpaid capital and uncalled capital of C.C. & L.A.
