Take notice that on the 5th day of March 1991, an application for the winding up of Fairway Holdings Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at 151 Worcester Street, Christchurch, property developers, was filed in the High Court at Christchurch on the 5th day of March 1991.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on Monday, the 15th day of April 1991 at 10 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
