Notice of Appointment of Receivers of Income

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Sanmac Holdings Ltd.

NZI Bank Ltd., hereby gives notice that on the 18th day of March 1991, it appointed William John Henry Stewart and Peter David Wilson, jointly and severally as receivers of income of the land in certificates of title J4/226 and M1/525 (Hawkes Bay Registry) as charged by a certain mortgage dated the 1st day of February 1988 given by Sanmac Holdings Ltd. in favour the NZI Bank Ltd.

The situation of the office of the receivers of income is Ernst & Young, Chartered Accountants, corner of Marine Parade and Vautier Streets, Napier.
