Transfer of Unformed Legal Road in Block VIII, Drury Survey District

Pursuant to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Auckland, hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto, has been transferred to the Crown by The Papakura District Council, pursuant to the said section 323, and on publication of this notice the said land shall be deemed to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

Public Works Act 1981

Amending a Notice, Land Acquired for Road, Land Declared to be Road and Road Stopped in Block III, Otama and Block VII, Wendon Survey Districts

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Invercargill, hereby amends the notice dated the 7th day of February 1991 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 1991, No. 25, page 534, by omitting paragraph (a) and substituting with the following:

(a) Pursuant to section 20 (1), declares that agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road and declares that

(i) The land firstly described shall vest in The Gore District Council on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.

(ii) The land secondly described shall vest in The Southland District Council on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Nelson, declares that an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road, which, pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, shall form part of State Highway No. 1 and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.
