Pursuant to section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for buildings of the General Government.

Amending a Notice Realigning Road in the County of Southland

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Invercargill, hereby amends the notice dated the 11th day of December 1987 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 17 December 1987, No. 228 at page 6124, realigning road in the County of Southland by:

(i) deleting all reference to the area of land thirdly described in the First Schedule.

(ii) omitting paragraph (b) (i) and substituting:

(b) (i) The area marked “F” on S.O. Plan 10624, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 9B, folio 880.

(iii) omitting paragraph (c) (i) and substituting:

(c) (i) The area marked “E” on S.O. Plan 10624, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 9B, folio 880.

Declaring Land Held for State Forest to be Set Apart for Railway, Land Held for Railway to be Set Apart for State Forest, Road Stopped, Land Acquired for Railway and Railway to be Crown Land in the Waitaki District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager (Lands and Property), Department of Survey and Land Information, Dunedin, declares:

(1) Pursuant to section 52, the land described in the First Schedule hereto held for State forest to be set apart for railway and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto held for railway to be set apart for State forest.

(2) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, the road described in the Third Schedule hereto to be stopped and amalgamated with the adjoining State forest held in certificate of title 10C/1133.

(3) Pursuant to section 20, an agreement to that effect having been entered into the land described in the Fourth Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for railway and shall vest in the Crown on the 14th day of March 1991.

(4) Pursuant to section 42, the land described in the Fifth Schedule hereto to be Crown land under the Land Act 1948.
