Revoking a Notice Declaring Land to be Road and Road Stopped and Vested

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Nelson, hereby revokes the notice dated the 19th day of March 1987, No. 38, at page 1316, land declared to be road and road stopped and acquired for railway purposes.

Pursuant to sections 117 and 120 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Nelson, declares that, the portions of stopped road described in the Schedule hereto shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 2B/110, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 223588.1.

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Napier, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule is acquired for road and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication in the Gazette and which shall on vesting in the Crown form part of State Highway 2, pursuant to section 60 (1) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989.

Stopped Road in Timaru District to be Vested

Pursuant to section 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager (Lands and Property), Department of Survey and Land Information, Christchurch, declares that:

(i) Pursuant to section 120 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, the portions of stopped road described in the First Schedule hereto shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 23B/343, Canterbury Land Registry.

(ii) The portions of stopped road described in the Second Schedule hereto shall be dealt with as Crown land under the Land Act 1948.

(iii) Pursuant to section 120 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, the portions of stopped road described in the Third Schedule hereto shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 33B/138, Canterbury Land Registry.
