Amending a Notice Acquiring Land for Road
Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a
delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands
and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information,
Nelson, hereby amends the notice dated the 12th day of
November 1990, and published in the Gazette of
22 November 1990, No. 204, page 4432, land acquired for
road in the District of Marlborough, by omitting the following
from the heading and the sixth line:

“for road”

and substituting the following:

“for the purposes of a road”.

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a
delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands
and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information,
Nelson, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been
entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is
hereby acquired for road, which pursuant to section 60 (2) of
the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, shall form part of the State
Highway No. 67, and shall vest in the Crown on the date of
publication hereof in the Gazette.
