Amending a Declaration for Land at Buckleys Road Acquired for Road Widening, to be Acquired for Road

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Christchurch, hereby amends the declaration dated the 17th day of December 1990 and published in the New Zealand Gazette on the 10th day of January 1991, No. 1 at page 9, for land acquired for road widening by deleting from the declaration thereto reference to “road widening” and inserting “road”.

Amending a Declaration for Land at Buckleys Road Set Apart for Recreation Reserve and Cemetery Purposes

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Christchurch, hereby amends the notice dated the 2nd day of November 1990 and published in the New Zealand Gazette on the 8th day of November 1990, No. 195 at page 4267, for land set apart for recreation reserve and cemetery purposes by omitting from the Third Schedule thereto the following:

“8099 square metres, part Rural Section 1144; marked “C” on plan”

and inserting

“8099 square metres, part Rural Section 1144X; marked “C” on plan”.

Land at Opawa Road and Vincent Place Acquired for Road and Road Diversion

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Christchurch, declares that agreements to that effect having been entered into, the pieces of land described in the First Schedule hereto are hereby acquired for road and in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby acquired for road diversion and shall vest in The Christchurch City Council on the date of publication of this declaration in the Gazette.

Amending a Notice Acquiring Land for Soil Conservation and River Control Purposes, Dannevirke District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Napier, hereby amends the notice dated the 21st day of December 1990, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 17 January 1991, No. 5, page 134, under the heading “Land Acquired for Soil Conservation and River Control Purposes, Dannevirke District” by deleting the area in the Schedule shown as “3.6217 ha” and substituting the area 23.6127 ha.
