Supplementary Integration Agreement

Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that a supplementary integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen acting through the Manager, District Operations, Central West Wanganui, Ministry of Education pursuant to delegated authority, and the Proprietor of the following school:

St Josephs School, Eltham

The said supplementary integration agreement was executed on the 15th day of January 1991. Copies of the supplementary integration agreement are available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the District Office of the Ministry of Education.

Law Practitioners Act 1982

Order Suspending Practitioner from Practice

No. 188/89

In the matter of the Law Practitioners Act 1982:

Pursuant to section 119 of the Law Practitioners Act 1982, notice is hereby given that on the 19th day of December 1990, on an appeal to the High Court from the New Zealand Law Practitioners Disciplinary Tribunal, the High Court ordered as follows:

  1. The practitioner, Daniel Thomas Spencer Riddiford, be suspended from practice as a barrister and solicitor for a period of 2 years from the date of the Tribunal’s order, that is 2 August 1989.

  2. That the practitioner shall not practice as a solicitor on his own account, whether in partnership or otherwise until authorised by the Tribunal to do so.

  3. That the practitioner pay to the New Zealand Law Society the sum of $3,500 in respect of the costs and expenses of and incidental to the enquiry by this Tribunal.

That the practitioner pay to the Wellington District Law Society, the sum of $10,105 towards the costs and expenses of and incidental to the enquiry by its Council.
