Pursuant to the Marriage Act 1955, the Registrar-General of Marriages, hereby gives notice as follows:

This notice may be cited as the Marriage (Approval of Organisations) Notice No. 24.

The organisation specified in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be an approved organisation for the purpose of the Marriage Act 1955.

The Traffic (Central Otago District) Notice No. 3, 1991
Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, a delegation from the Minister of Transport, and a subdelegation from the Secretary for Transport, I, Carne Maurice Clissold, Controller Road and Traffic Standards, give the following notice:
N o t i c e
This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Central Otago District) Notice No. 3, 1991.
The notice “Limited Speed Zone Declared”, issued pursuant to the Transport Act 1949, dated on the 14th day of October 1958†, and situated within Vincent County at Tarras is revoked.

The Traffic (Rodney District) Notice No. 1, 1991
Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, a delegation from the Minister of Transport, and a subdelegation from the Secretary for Transport, I, Carne Maurice Clissold, Controller Road and Traffic Standards, give the following notice:
N o t i c e
This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Rodney District) Notice No. 1, 1991.
The area and roads specified in the First Schedule are declared to be closely populated localities for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
The roads specified in the Second Schedule are declared to be 70 kilometres an hour speed limit areas pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976.
So much of the Traffic (Rodney District) Notice No. 2, 1990, signed on the 28th day of September 1990*, which relates to the area and roads in the Schedule below and so much of the Traffic (Rodney District) Notice No. 1, 1990, signed on the 30th day of March 1990†, which relate to roads in the Schedules below, issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962 and regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976, are revoked.
First Schedule
Situated Within Rodney District
At Leigh and Matheson Bay:
All that area bounded by a line commencing at a point on the eastern side of Waterfall Road 200 metres measured northerly, generally, along Waterfall Road from Cumberland Road; thence southerly, generally, along the said eastern side of Waterfall Road across Cumberland Road to a point on the southern side of the intersection of Cumberland Road and Seaout Avenue; thence south-westerly, generally, by a right line to the junction of the north-western side of Leigh Road with Frost Road; thence across Frost Road at right angles from its north-eastern side to its south-western and north-western sides of Leigh Road to a point 280 metres measured south-westerly, generally, along the said road from Matheson Bay Road; thence across Leigh Road at right angles from its western side to its eastern side; thence south-easterly, generally, along the eastern side of Leigh Road to a point 320 metres measured southerly, generally, from Matheson Bay Road; thence due south-east by a right line to the shore of the Hauraki Gulf; thence northerly, generally, along the said shore and along the shore of Omaha Cove to a point due east of the commencing point; thence due west by a right line to the commencing point.
At Point Wells:
Point Wells Road: From Harbour View Road to a point 170 metres measured southerly, generally, along Point Wells Road from Waimaunu Place.
Tavern Road.
At Snells Beach:
Brampton Road.
Governor Grey Road.
Iris Street.
At Warkworth:
Hexham Street.
Sandspit Road: From Matakana Road to a point 300 metres measured northerly, generally, along Sandspit Road from Matakana Road.
At Whangateau:
Leigh Road: From a point 350 metres measured easterly, generally, along Leigh Road from Ashton Road to a point 850 metres measured easterly, generally, along Leigh Road from Ashton Road.
Second Schedule
Situated Within Rodney District
At Hatfields Beach:
No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff): From a point 200 metres measured north-westerly, generally, along the said State highway from Puriri Avenue to the Otanerua Stream Bridge.
At Silverdale:
Wainui Road: From Silverdale Street to Waterloo Road.
At Whangaparaoa:
Whangaparaoa Road: From Stanmore Bay Road to No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff).
