Mental Health Act 1969

Declaration of Psychiatric Hospital at North Shore Hospital, Auckland

Pursuant to section 6 of the Mental Health Act 1969, the Minister of Health, declares the building described in the Schedule hereto to be a psychiatric hospital for the purposes of the Mental Health Act.

Schedule

The Elderly Acute Inpatient Unit, situated on the ground floor of the North Shore Hospital ward complex, between a geriatric ward and the ward for multi-handicapped young persons.
