International Air Services Licensing Act 1947
Notice of Intention to Amend an International Air Service Licence
Pursuant to section 14A of the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947, notice is hereby given that Air New Zealand has applied for an amendment to its international air service licence so as to allow the airline to operate services from points in New Zealand optionally via Singapore to Bangkok.
Any person or organisation wishing to make representations relating to this application must forward those representations in writing to reach me on or before the 20th day of December 1991.

Notice of Intention to Amend an International Air Service Licence
Pursuant to section 14A of the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947, notice is hereby given that Thai Airways International has applied for an amendment to its international air service licence so as to permit the airline to operate the equivalent of up to 2 return Boeing 747 services per week from points in Thailand optionally via intermediate points to points in New Zealand. Further details of this proposal may be obtained from the Acting General Manager of the Air Transport Division, Ministry of Transport, P.O. Box 31–441, Lower Hutt.

The Traffic (Manawatu District) Notice No. 1, 1991
Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, a delegation from the Minister of Transport, and a sub-delegation from the Secretary for Transport, I, Carme Mauricie Clissold, Controller Road and Traffic Standards, give the following notice:
Notice
This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Manawatu District) Notice No. 1, 1991.
The roads specified in the First Schedule are declared to be 70 kilometres an hour speed limit areas pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976.
The areas and roads specified in the Second Schedule are declared to be closely populated localities for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
The roads specified in the Third Schedule are excluded from the limitations as to speed imposed by section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
