Wine Makers Levy Act 1976
Annual Levy Prescribed Under the Wine Makers Levy Act 1976 (Notice No. 5124; Aug. 4/54/21)
Pursuant to section 4 (1) of the Wine Makers Levy Act 1976, and on the recommendation of the Wine Institute of New Zealand Incorporated, I hereby prescribe an annual levy of $1 per hectolitre on the grape wine sold by every holder of a grape wine licence during the year ended 30 June 1991.
This notice shall take effect 14 days after the date of publication.

Statement of Government Policy and Directions to Secretary of Commerce
To the Secretary of Commerce
- Maurice Donald Williamson, Minister of Communications, acting pursuant to section 112 of the Radiocommunications Act 1989 (“the Act”), and pursuant to the policies of Government communicated to you in the Statement of Government Policy and Directions to the Secretary of Commerce dated 30 November 1990 and published in the Gazette of 6 December 1990 at page 4581, hereby direct you as follows:
1 Notwithstanding paragraph (d) of the directions contained in the Statement of Government Policy and Directions to the Secretary of Commerce dated 30 November 1990, you may grant radio apparatus licences so Telecom Corporation of New Zealand Limited or its subsidiaries (“Telecom”) in relation to the ranges of frequencies 825.0125 MHz to 835.005 MHz and 870.015 MHz to 880.005 MHz. Subject to the registration of management rights under Part II of the Radiocommunications Act 1989, every radio apparatus licence so granted shall expire on 31 March 1992, or, where Telecom can practically cease operations on those frequencies by an earlier date, that earlier date.
2 Notwithstanding paragraph (e) of the direction contained in the Statement of Government Policy and Directions to the Secretary of Commerce dated 30 November 1990, you may grant 2 frequency land mobile licences in the band 483.9875 to 494.0000 MHz.
Revocation of Previous Notices
The following statement of Government Policy and Directions to the Secretary of Commerce given by me, pursuant to section 112 of the Radiocommunications Act 1989 is hereby revoked:
“Statement of Government Policy and Directions to the Secretary of Commerce Relating to Telecommunications” dated 31 January 1991 and published in the Gazette of 8 February 1991 at page 451.

Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975
Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that a supplementary integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen acting through the Senior Manager, National Operations, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the Roman Catholic Archbishop of the Archdiocese of Auckland, as proprietor of the following school:
Pompallier School, Kaitaia.
The said supplementary integration agreement was executed on the 10th day of October 1991. Copies of the supplementary integration agreement are available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the National Office of the Ministry of Education, Pipitea Street, Wellington.
