Amending a Notice Acquiring Land and Easements Over Land for a Telecommunications Installation in Block XIII, Tairua Survey District, Thames-Coromandel District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, hereby amends the notice dated on the 27th day of March 1986, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 3 April 1986, No. 48, page 1383, acquiring land and easements over land for a telecommunications installation by adding after the words “the Fifth Schedule hereto” appearing in line 10 of the head note, the following “and that the said right of way and electricity supply easements shall be held forever appurtenant to the land described in the First Schedule hereto”.
