Declaring Crown Land Set Apart for State Housing Purposes in Ruapehu District
Pursuant to section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for State housing purposes.

1014 square metres being Lot 3, D.P. S. 27511. All certificate of title No. 46D/516.

Road Realignment in Otorohanga District
Pursuant to part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton:
(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in the Otorohanga District Council.
(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the pieces of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and:
(i) That the areas firstly to fourthly described, inclusive (now known as Sections 1, 2, 3 and 6, S.O. 47200 respectively) shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title Volume 700, folio 196, subject to memorandum of mortgage H. 827351.1, South Auckland Land Registry.
(ii) That the areas fifthly to seventhly described, inclusive (now known as Sections 4, 5 and 7, S.O. 47200 respectively), shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 27B/296, subject to memorandum of mortgage H. 892018.6 South Auckland Land Registry.

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981 and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton:
(a) Pursuant to section 114 declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Waipa District Council.
(b) Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 119 declares the pieces of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and the land described in the Third Schedule hereto to be taken and further declares:
(i) That area “A”, now known as Section 1, S.O. 57360, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 47B/411, subject to memoranda of mortgage H. 461100.5, H. 265180.1 and H. 142012.4, South Auckland Land Registry.
(ii) That area “B”, now known as Section 2, S.O. 57360, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 47B/408, subject to memoranda of mortgage H. 461100.5, H. 265180.1 and H. 142012.4, South Auckland Land Registry.
(iii) That areas “D”, “E” and “G”, now known together as Section 3, S.O. 57360, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 27C/250, South Auckland Land Registry.
