Land Declared to be Road, Gisborne District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Gisborne, pursuant to section 114 (1) declares the land described in the Schedule to be road and vested in the Crown and pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, the said land forms part of State Highway 35.

Amending a Notice Acquiring Land for Road and Road Stopped in Otorohanga District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, hereby amends the notice dated the 1st day of May 1987, published in Gazette No. 65 of 7 May 1987 at page 2024, declaring Land Taken and Road Stopped pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981 by omitting paragraphs (c) (i), (c) (ii), (c) (iii), (c) (vi), (c) (vii), (c) (viii), (c) (ix) and (c) (x) therefrom and substituting the following:

(c) (i) that the land taken firstly described in the First Schedule hereto and the stopped road firstly described in the Second Schedule hereto, now known together as Section 34, Block I, Wharepapa Survey District, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title Volume 709, folio 154, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. H. 295369.2 and open space covenant H. 728760, South Auckland Land Registry.

(c) (ii) that the stopped road secondly described and thirdly described in the Second Schedule hereto, now known as Sections 35 and 36, Block I, Wharepapa Survey District, respectively shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 41A/865 subject to memoranda of mortgage H. 542569.2 and H. 662369.2 and caveat H. 545848, South Auckland Land Registry.

(c) (iii) that the areas of stopped road fourthly, fifthly and sixthly described in the Second Schedule hereto, now known as Sections 37, 39 and 42, Block I, Wharepapa Survey District respectively, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 2D/550, subject to memoranda of mortgage H. 368528.4, H. 429385 and H. 819753.1, South Auckland Land Registry.

(c) (vi) that the area of land taken secondly described in the First Schedule hereto and the area of stopped road twelfthly described in the Second Schedule hereto, now known together as Section 38, Block I, Wharepapa Survey District, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 41A/863, subject to memorandum of mortgage H. 585947.2, South Auckland Registry.

(c) (vii) that the areas of stopped road thirteenthly and fourteenthly described in the Second Schedule hereto, now known as Sections 46 and 49, Block I, Wharepapa Survey District respectively, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 709, folio 156, subject to memorandum of H. 720010, South Auckland Land Registry.

(c) (viii) that the areas of stopped road fifteenthly, sixteenthly and seventeenthly described in the Second Schedule hereto, now known as Sections 45, 47 and 48, Block I, Wharepapa Survey District respectively, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 918, folio 258, subject to memorandum of mortgage H. 972203.2 and H. 979281, South Auckland Registry.

(c) (ix) that the areas of land taken thirdly and fourthly described in the First Schedule hereto and the area of stopped road eighteenthly described in the Second Schedule hereto, now known together as Section 50, Block I, Wharepapa Survey District, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 918, folio 258, subject to memoranda of mortgage H. 972203.2 and H. 979281, South Auckland Land Registry.
