Land Acquired for Upper Tukituki Stopbank Central Hawke’s Bay

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Napier, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule is acquired for soil conservation and river control purposes and shall vest in The Hawke’s Bay Regional Council on the date of publication in the Gazette.

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, hereby amends the declaration dated the 24th day of May 1991, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 30 May 1991, No. 80 at page 1773, acquiring land in Hauraki District for road by deleting “6B3B3B” from the Schedule and substituting “6B5”.
