Classification of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Auckland Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as a recreation reserve subject to the provisions of the Reserves Act 1977, and further, vests the said reserve in The Papakura District Council, in trust, for those purposes.

Classification of a Reserve and Vesting in the Rodney District Council

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Auckland Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as a recreation reserve and further, vests the said reserve in The Rodney District Council, in trust, for that purpose.

Declaration That Private Land Shall be Protected Private Land

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Department of Conservation for the Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy, hereby declares that the private land described in the Schedule hereto, shall be protected private land for scenic purposes, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Public Works Act 1981

Road Stopped and Vested Parsons Road, Central Hawke’s Bay

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Napier, declares pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 117, that the parts of road described in the Schedule are to be stopped and declares that:

(a) The areas marked “B” and “E” on the plan to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title F2/1224.

(b) The area marked “I” on the plan to be added to the land held as a Reserve for Soil Conservation and River Control Purposes under Gazette notice 402247.1.

Land Acquired for Parsons Road, Central Hawke’s Bay

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Napier, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule is acquired for road and shall vest in The Central Hawke’s Bay District Council on the date of publication in the Gazette.
