Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955

Notice is hereby given that on the 6th day of September 1991 the Bank of New Zealand Limited appointed John Francis Managh, chartered accountant of Wellington, as receiver and manager of all of the undertaking, all the real and personal property, all the assets and effects, wheresoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including the uncalled and unpaid capital of Wainui Timber Co Limited under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 16th day of May 1985.

The office of the receiver and manager is at the offices of John Managh & Associates, Suite 8, Book House, 86 Boulcott Street, Wellington.

Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager

Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955

Graeme William Addis and Gillian Keitha Addis hereby give notice that on the 11th day of September 1991, it appointed Brian Manson Spooner of Auckland, chartered accountant, receiver and manager of the property of Addis Cranes Limited (in liquidation) under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 21st day of February 1989 and assigned to Graeme William Addis and Gillian Keitha Addis under and by virtue of a deed of assignment dated the 21st day of August 1991 and the 11th day of September 1991.

The property to which this appointment relates consists of the assets of Addis Cranes Limited secured by the said debenture and in particular all funds currently held in the trust account of Chapman Tripp Sheffield Young relating to the realisation of assets of Addis Cranes Limited (which assets were secured by the said debenture).
