Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955

Markitex (NZ) Limited at Christchurch, British Markitex Limited, a company carrying on business in New Zealand and elsewhere, incorporated in England and having its registered office in London, and Markitex (Australia) Pty Limited, a company incorporated in Australia (collectively “Markitex”), with reference to Pashby’s Machinery Limited, hereby gives notice that on the 5th day of September 1991, Markitex appointed David Donald Crichton and Trevor Francis Thornton, both chartered accountants, whose offices are at Chambers Nichols, AMP Building, Cathedral Square, Christchurch, jointly and severally as receivers of the property of Pashby’s Machinery Limited under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 21st day of March 1980.

The receivers have been appointed in respect of all the real and personal property of Pashby’s Machinery Limited and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.

Limited and the holder of debentures dated the 21st day of December 1983, the 16th day of October 1984 and the 13th day of June 1988, each granted by Leisureland Corporation Limited, hereby gives notice that on the 10th day of September 1991, it appointed John Anthony Waller and Paul Richard Preston of Price Waterhouse, chartered accountants, whose office is located at Price Waterhouse Building, Wyndham Street, Auckland, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all the property and undertaking of Leisureland Corporation Limited, pursuant to the powers contained in the said debentures and supplemental trust deed and at law.
