Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955

At the request of the directors, Westpac Banking Corporation hereby give notice that on the 10th day of September 1991, it appointed Robert John Wills and Peter Boyd Guise, chartered accountants, whose office is care of Staples Rodway, Chartered Accountants, Eighth Floor, Reserve Bank Building, 97 Custom Street East (P.O. Box 3899), Auckland, as receivers and managers of all the assets and property of the above-named company under the power contained in an instrument dated the 25th day of August 1982, being a debenture from Farnsworth Group Limited (formerly trading as V H Farnsworth Limited), given to Westpac Banking Corporation.

Dated at Wellington this 10th day of September 1991.
