Union and Naming of Two Reserves

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Auckland Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby declares that on and after the date of publication of this notice, the reserves described in the Schedule hereto, shall be united to form one reserve, and further, declares that the said reserve shall hereafter be known as the “Highfield Garden Reserve”.

Classification and Vesting

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Auckland Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby classifies the two reserves described in the First Schedule hereto, as recreation reserves subject to the provisions of section 17 (1) of the said Act, and further, vests the recreation reserve described in the Second Schedule hereto, in The Rodney District Council in trust for that purpose.
