New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981

Declaring Railway Land at Greenlane to be Set Apart for Motorway

Pursuant to sections 24 and 30 of the New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981 and section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Chief Executive of the New Zealand Railways Corporation, with the prior written consent of the Minister of Railways, hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for motorway.

Both those pieces of land situated in Block I, Otahuhu Survey District described as follows:

As shown marked as above mentioned on Plan L.O. 36620 (S.O. 53789), lodged in the office of the New Zealand Railways Corporation at Wellington.

Survey and Land Information

Public Works Act 1981

Land Acquired for Road, Functioning Indirectly of a Road and Land Set Apart for Government Purpose Reserve (Esplanade), District of New Plymouth

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, New Plymouth, declares that:

(a) Pursuant to section 20, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in The New Plymouth District Council on the date of publication of this declaration in the Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to section 20, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for the functioning indirectly of a road and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this declaration in the Gazette.

(c) Pursuant to section 52, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land firstly described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for Government Purpose Reserve (Esplanade), subject to the provisions of the Reserves Act 1977 and shall remain vested in the Crown.

Stopped Road in Rodney District to be Vested

Pursuant to section 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Auckland declares the part of stopped road described in the Schedule to be amalgamated with the land contained in certificate of title 285/230, subject to all encumbrances registered on the certificate of title on the date of registration in the Land Registry Office.

Land Acquired for Limited Access Road at Waitara, District of New Plymouth

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, New Plymouth, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for limited access road, which has become road, limited access road and State highway, and shall vest in the Crown from the date of publication of this declaration in the Gazette.
