International Air Services Licensing Act 1947

Notice of Application for an International Air Service Licence

Pursuant to section 7 of the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947, notice is hereby given that National Airlines Limited of Australia, has applied for an International Air Service Licence to operate international air services for the carriage of cargo and mail between Sydney and Auckland. Further details of this proposal are available from the Acting General Manager, Air Transport Division, Ministry of Transport, P.O. Box 31-441, Lower Hutt.

Any person or organisation desiring to make representations relating to this application, must forward the representations in writing to reach me on or before 27 September 1991.

Notice of Intention to Amend an International Air Service Licence

Notice is hereby given that I intend to exercise the power conferred on me by section 14 of the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947, to amend the terms of the International Air Service Licence issued to Thai Airways International Limited, with effect from 27 September 1991, so as to require, in respect of tariffs, only that no tariffs be applied that are higher than those filed and approved.
