Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Napier, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is acquired for service lane and shall vest in The Napier City Council on the date of publication in the Gazette.

Notice Partially Revoking Declaration of State Highway to be a Limited Access Road—State Highway 14: Whangarei to Maungatapere Section

It is notified that Transit New Zealand by resolution dated on the 18th day of June 1991 and pursuant to section 88 of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, hereby revokes the limited access from that part of State Highway 14 (Whangarei to Maungatapere Section) on the southern side, from the eastern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 40018, C.T. 1052/236 to the western boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 132798, C.T. 78B/49, and on the northern side from the western boundary of Lot 2, D.P. 1093, C.T. 65/202 to the angle in the road boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 86368, C.T. 44A/620, that is from R.P 0/6.84 to R.P 0/7.37 (old), as more particularly shown on sheet 3R3 of Plan L.A. 11/55/1 held in the office of the Regional Manager, Transit New Zealand, Auckland, and there available for public inspection.
