Schedule

Safety helmets manufactured by Schuberth Helme GmbH, Luxembourg, complying with E.C.E. Regulation 22.03, having the model designation Speed 03, and bearing the marks of homologation E13 031273 XXX and the required serial numbers.

Pursuant to subclause (1) of regulation 88 of the Traffic Regulations 1976* and pursuant to powers delegated to me by section 41 (1) of the State Sector Act 1988, motorcycle safety helmets of the make and type described in the Schedule hereto are hereby approved for the purposes of regulation 31 of the said regulations.

Safety helmets manufactured by FIMEZ SpA, Italy, complying with E.C.E. Regulation 22.03, having the required serial numbers and bearing the model designations and marks of homologation:

The New Zealand Railways Corporation (Fees for Documents) Notice 1991

Pursuant to the New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981, the Chief Executive of the New Zealand Railways Corporation hereby gives the following notice.

Notice

  1. Title and commencementβ€”(1) This notice may be cited as the New Zealand Railways Corporation (Fees for Documents) Notice 1991.

(2) This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of August 1991.

  1. Fees for documentsβ€”The fees which the New Zealand Railways Corporation may charge for the preparation of the documents specified in section 118 of the New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981 shall be those prescribed in the Schedule to this notice.

  2. All fees quoted are exclusive of the Goods and Services Tax.

  3. The New Zealand Railways Corporation (Fees for Documents) Notice 1987 is hereby revoked.
