Traffic Regulations 1976

Approval of Motorcycle Safety Helmets

Pursuant to subclause (1) of regulation 88 of the Traffic Regulations 1976* and pursuant to powers delegated to me by section 41 (1) of the State Sector Act 1988, motorcycle safety helmets of the make and type described in the Schedule hereto are hereby approved for the purposes of regulation 31 of the said regulations.

Schedule

Safety helmets manufactured by BMW AG, Germany, complying with E.C.E. Regulation 22.03, having the model designation BMW System III, and bearing the marks of homologation E13 039233 XXX and the required serial numbers.
