Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Lands, Auckland revokes the declaration dated the 6th day of November 1986, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 13 November 1986, No. 182, page 4853, declaring land acquired for road in the City of Takapuna, pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981.

Amending a Declaration Declaring Land Taken in Kaipara District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Lands, Auckland, hereby amends the declaration dated the 20th day of February 1987, published in the New Zealand Gazette of the 26th day of February 1987, No. 27, page 956, declaring land taken in Kaipara District, pursuant to section 119 of the Public Works Act 1981, by deleting the legal description of the land described in the Schedule thereto and substituting therefore “1663 square metres, being Section 1 on S.O. Plan 57490, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland.”

Land Declared to be Road and Road Stopped in Hokonui Survey District, Southland District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands the District Manager, Department of Lands, Invercargill:
