NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE

No. 9

Land Acquired for Road, Land Declared to be Road, Road Stopped and Land Taken in Tuturau Survey District, Southland District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Lands, Invercargill:

(a) Pursuant to section 20, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in The Southland District Council on the 25th day of January 1990.

(b) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the Second Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Southland District Council.

(d) Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described in the Fourth Schedule hereto to be taken.

(e) Pursuant to sections 117 and 120, declares:

(i) The areas of road firstly and secondly described in the Third Schedule shall when so stopped be amalgamated in certificate of title, Volume 198, folio 206, limited as to parcels, subject to existing encumbrances.

(ii) The areas of road thirdly and fourthly described in the Third Schedule shall when so stopped be amalgamated in certificate of title No. 6C/245, subject to existing encumbrances.

(iii) The area of road fifthly, eighthly and ninthly described in the Third Schedule shall when so stopped be amalgamated in certificate of title No. 4A/116, subject to existing encumbrances.

(iv) The area of road tenthly described in the Third Schedule shall when so stopped be amalgamated in certificate of title A3/1355, subject to existing encumbrances.

(v) The area of road eleventhly described in the Third Schedule shall when so stopped be amalgamated in certificate of title 8C/223, subject to existing encumbrances.

(f) Pursuant to sections 117, 119 and 120, declares the areas of road sixthly, seventhly and twelfthly described in the Third Schedule together with the areas of land described in the Fourth Schedule shall when so stopped and taken be amalgamated in certificate of title No. 8C/224, subject to existing encumbrances.
