Amending a Declaration Acquiring Land for State Housing Purposes in Thames-Coromandel District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting District Solicitor, Department of Lands, Hamilton amends the declaration dated the 13th day of November 1989, published in Gazette, 30 November 1989, No. 212, page 6023, declaring land acquired for State housing purposes in Thames-Coromandel District by omitting the Schedule and substituting the following Schedule.

Road Realignment in Rotorua District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager of the Department of Lands, Hamilton:

(i) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Rotorua District Council,

(ii) Pursuant to section 116, declares the pieces of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped.
