Land Acquired for Limited Access Road

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981 and section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Lands, New Plymouth declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for a limited access road, which has become road, limited access road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this declaration in the Gazette.
