Proposed Cancellation of Registration of Employers Organisation for Failure to Deliver Annual Accounts

Pursuant to section 31 (2) of the Labour Relations Act 1987, it is hereby notified that the registration of the Southland Grocers Industrial Union of Employers, Registered No. 664, situated at Invercargill, will be cancelled on the expiration of 30 days from the day after the date of the publication of this notice in the Gazette, unless a copy of the accounts together with a certificate signed by the Auditor in accordance with section 49 of this Act are forwarded to the Registrar.

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Wanganui hereby cancels the vesting in the Rangitikei District Council of the local purpose (roadman’s cottage) reserve described in the Schedule hereto.
