Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Conservation, with the consent of the Minister of Lands, hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto, as a recreation reserve, subject to the provisions of the Reserves Act 1977.

Revocation of the Reservation Over Part of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Director of Resource, Use and Recreation Policy for the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation over part of the Cambridge/Leamington Recreation Reserve, described in the Schedule hereto.

Appointment of the Taupo District Council to Control and Manage a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Tongariro/Taupo Regional Conservator of the Department of Conservation, hereby appoints the Taupo District Council to control and manage the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a recreation reserve.

Revocation of the Reservation Over Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Director of Estate Protection Policy of the Department of Conservation hereby revokes the reservation as local purpose (road) reserves over the land described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Christchurch City Council on such terms and conditions as the council shall determine, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the council’s reserves account.

Mental Health Act 1969

Declaring Land Vested in the Crown to be Vested in the Manawatu-Wanganui Area Health Board

Pursuant to section 7 (2) of the Mental Health Act 1969 (as substituted by section 98 of the Area Health Boards Act 1983) and section 69 of the Area Health Boards Act 1983, I, Helen Elizabeth Clark, Minister of Health, with the consent of the Manawatu-Wanganui Area Health Board, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be vested in the Manawatu-Wanganui Area Health Board in fee simple for hospital purposes.

Schedule

1011 square metres, situated in the Borough of Marton, Wellington R.D., being part of Blocks VII and VIII, Rangitikei District and being also Lot 19, Block XXVIII on Deposited Plan No. 2150. All the land comprised and described in Gazette notice No. 102134.1, Wellington Land Registry.
