Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955

Finance and Discounts Ltd., with reference to Mills Group Ltd. ("the company") hereby gives notice that on the 27th day of April 1990, Finance and Discounts Ltd., appointed Peter George Steel, chartered accountant, whose office is at Price Waterhouse, 208 Oxford Terrace, Christchurch, as receiver and manager of the property of the company under the powers contained in the debenture dated the 28th day of November 1986.

The receiver and manager has been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
